Consider misconduct accusations among three groups of professionals: politicians, lawyers, or professors. Are politicians more likely to be involved in behaviors considered to be misconduct than the other two groups? Why do you think your answer is true?
The answer is ambiguous because as rightly pointed out the politicians are under a constant scrutiny by different statutory authorities like Comptroller and Auditor general, Central vigilance commision and their reports are often made public but it does not mean that the lawyers and professors are not involved in fraudulent activities.
Lawyers often end up charging a very handsome amount from the client part of which they give it to the judges to rule in their favour. Also, they keep on delaying the judicial process by often negotiating with the other client's lawyer.
According to me, it is the professors who are less involved in corrupt activities.
