- The women's importance and dominance being increased in leadership positions lately. They are given the responsibility as well as authority to go further and develop their career, but there is lack of full effort towards and them and yet majority of men is dominating business and leadership sector and dont accept women at top positions. but what can we do is to support them and mentor them to get included in top position at leadership role and their position in union. Mentor encourage and push them to climb upside in local and national union.

- Development and training opportunities must be created and given to women so that they can advance further to leadership roles and take those position in union.

- Proposal must be created for women to take more higher approach by women and work on those approached to climb top position in those unions.
