What is an example of a firm that would have to pursue a strategy of local responsiveness when executing international expansion? Why? What is an example of a firm that could pursue a strategy more geared towards global integration.

Most of the firms have to apply local responsiveness strategy while executing international expansion .

For example Restaurants and food chains such as KFC and Mc Donald's have to adopt to local conditions so that they can increase their market share . KFC in USA will be different from KFC in India because the choices of people are different .
Global integration is adopted by firms which do not depend on local conditions

for example cement industry is same everywhere be it USA aur china or Africa
