Imagine you will open your own baking shop in the future. Who are your audience evaluation – who are you going to attract as a custom for your baking business.

If I would be opening a baking shop in future then the audience evaluation would be based on the taste and preferece of the consumer. The analysis would be initiated by collecting data and interpreting it based on written, visual and oral communication of the small of audience. Factors such as age, preference and culture would be taken into consideration. My target audiehnce would be children and people in the age bracket of 15-55 years. I would not like to do audience evaluation for people above 55 years as maximum people suffer from diabetes and other health complications after a certain age. I would keep the display colourful as children get attracted to colours, I would even offer a discount kif a certain amount of purchase is done. Overall, i would try to keep it pocket friendly and even look forward to profit maximisation from the bakery business.
