2.Threat of substitute-A substituties product use a different technologies to try to solve same economic need.

3.bargaining power of customers-the bargaining power of customer is also described as the market of output

4.bargaining power of supplier - the bargaining power of supplier is also described as market of input

5.Competitive Rivalry-positioning depend on how the public perceive a product and distinguish it from competitor.
