The head of the buisness management function of an electronic commerce initiative should be an employee of the company implementing the project , even though most of the work is outsourced because the management and selling is the major part which works for the success of any company.

The key word in the information is outsourcing. Outsourcing is not just an employment thing but needs a quality which is attracted through ranking and grading of the company. The part of ranking and grading is advertisement and global signalling. Business management works towards building the right image and putting forward the best incentives for classic work from both sides , the employer and employees.

Hence with digital media being out there , business management has a pivotal role in the growth of any company , ne it related to digital media or not. Advertisement is king , as they say.
