Criticize this statement: “Since small businesses are the source of most innovations, public policies should favor small businesses, for example by lower taxes than big businesses pay and by excluding small businesses from many regulations.

Answer - Smaller business brimg about such innvovations that many times the big business are not able to bring. But due to the lack of proper motivation , inventives , they are not able to flourish as per their potential. Thus , in order to boost their potential , give them more oportunity to come closer to big businesses , innvovate more , they should be given some amount of exemptions , and tax rebates which provide them , proper resources to innovate , invent and produce more. Thus giving them opportunity to stand next to big businesses.
