1. Low education means, low chances of getting employed with a good salary, therefore early dropouts may face financial hardship and may indulge in criminal activities to satisfy their needs.

2. Education helps to channelize negative energy to some productive work, otherwise this negative energy may force them to commit crimes.

3. Education helps in understanding different races, gender, ethnicity with respect, otherwise, misunderstanding can lead to hate crimes.

4. Education help in developing psychological traits like attitude, which play an important role in all-round personality development of an individual.

5. Teachers can understand if the teenager is going through some emotional instability or problems or suicidal thougt , they can help in arranging counselling for them.
