Do you think only salary matter to retain employee in an organization?

         There are many key factors for employee retention other than salary. First of all a good working environment is required to make the workers at ease. Secondly, basic health insurance and after retirement scheme are also important for employee retention. Thirdly, the workers should be free to point out his views and idea, and can use their skills accurately. Fourthly, working time should be limited, nobody would like to do 15-16 hours even if you give huge amount of salary. Fifthly, the employer must be generous to his employee and guide them in a proper way.
