Business Strategy:

It deals with identification of opportunities or improvements in the product so that a small firm can compete against big players who have cost advantage.

Example:
1. A small fast food unit coming up with quality dishes in order to compete against big restaurants.
2. A local grocery store serving better to customers than a super market can provide

Corporate Strategy:

It involves identifying new avenues for a business firm which basically includes diversification of line of business. This includes evaluation of line of business which could improve revenues for the firm and helps to gain competitive advantage in the market.

Example:
1. A fast food unit running retail stores which could sell its ready to serve products
2. A local grocery store entering into fruits and vegetables which would help to serve customers better
