What are the most important things you need from partners? Why?

The most important thing I need from a Partner is mentioned below:

  • a partner should be able to contribute in terms of new Ideas, Critique, or suggestions. Two heads are always better than one single head. If the partner is able to provide better ideas or she can find faults in my idea and help me improve it. There is nothing better than that partner.
  • If I start a business with a partner we together can contribute more capital and bear more risk i.e. loss together.
  • In a partnership, firm tax regulations are less and later on it can be changed into another form of company.  

A partner basically brings new capital, share responsibility, risk and introduce a new way of thinking in the firm which a single mind can't achieve.
