Ans:-The inequality affect the povery also,that decreases the capacity of growth ,distribution of income and money/assets.That means inequality affect the standared of living in poor people that leads to poverty.The Indian economy is under developed due to the low rate of growth that is the main cause of poverty in India.In India per capita income is also very low.The main reason of poverty in India are high population,joblessness or unemployment and underemployment,income deficiency,under developed economy,rise in price rate,influence of rural economy,absence of skilled labour etc.Inequality is very rise in India.The main causes of inequality in India are inequality in possession of assets,heritage law,high cost of expert training,inflation,joblessness,corruption,problem of indirect tax etc.These are the background of povery and inequality in India.
