Answer #1

ANSWER-

Planning and analysis - It is the process of defining what to do, how to do, when to do, who will do it and where it will be done. It bridges the gap between where we are and where we want to reach.

Steps of planning-

  1. Defining the objective.
  2. Developing premises.
  3. Evaluating various alternatives to achieve the goal.
  4. Choosing the best alternative to achieve the goal
  5. implement the method or the alternative selected.

Based on these steps selecting senior officials to manage program resources is not a step included in the process of planning and analysis.

So, the answer is option (c.)  selecting senior officials to manage program resources
