How much, if any, is the U.S.-China trade dispute contributing to slowing GDP growth in the European Union?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

US cHina Trade has largely caused widescale fluctuations in markets and have resulted in dwindling relations with US and EU because of strategic partnerships with China in commodity markets specifically .

This has led to loss of trade and reduced exports in EU with USA. The expected growth in EU priorly was 2% but now has been forecasted at 1.7% due to rising tension between US and China as per IMF. Also world growth has been forecasted to grow at 3.7% from 3.9% earlier due to Trump administration sanctions and tarriffs on China and various economies like Iran.
