Some restaurants offer "All you can eat" buffets at a set price. How can they afford to make such offers?

Answer #1

Answer - In this type of offers stating "ALL YOU CAN EAT" the sellers play bold. They place such items from the menus in the buffet which have lower cost of making but have the greater profit margins. Also they place such items in the buffet which have high carbs so that the satisfaction level of the customers is quickly reached and they reduce the serving quantity. Also these are for a limited time. All these factors on one side attract the customers and increase the customer base ensuring future profitablity and on the other hand , make them earn profits in buffet also through above mentioned tactics.
