After the 9/11, the security agencies all around the world have been more careful in keeping an eye on all the non-state actors. This strong supervision all across the world has prevented the free flow of terrorism across the borders. The US has increased its level of spending on its secret service agencies both within and outside the US in order to crackdown on any potential terrorist activities. The American Govt. has joined hands with the governments of other countries in order to have strong surveillance systems.
