If I sell goods in a storefront website, is that a transactional revenue model or direct sales model? Thanks

Answer #1

When goods are sold on a storefront website, is will be a transactional revenue model. In a direct sales model, the brand interacts with the customers immediately and focuses on face-face selling to people. However in the storefront website there is no face-to-face conversation. It is transactional revenue model because it generates revenue by facilitating a transaction among the two or more users on an online platform by charging commission for each transaction
