The major ethical problem in the workplace involves the interactions among employee, working condition, taking the decision regarding hiring, firing, promotion.

Employee behavior- Legal action could be taken if a supervisor discriminates employee based on gender, religion, or ethnicity while promoting them.

Employee working condition- Employers are aware of the safety of the working condition so they have compensated employees for all the time they have worked. An unethical problem arises when employers give them an unusually difficult task or order them for work long period. There is also the legal consequences unethical working environment.

Supplier and customer relation- When dealing with customers, it must ensure that they use their information correctly and do not falsely advertise. An ethical issue arises when either of the sides does not inform correctly.
