Ans. There is still a seperate labour relations law for railway and airline industry because both are totally different from each other be it nature or the way of doing business. There is a huge difference between both as the workers working in the railways cannot work in the same manner with the airways , also the difference in wages because labor is not illiterate in the airways while railways hire the people who are totally iliterate. Hence there is need of seperate laws for both because they operate differently .
