Illegals, social welfare abuse, minorities, crowded schools, density are the pushed factors for these whitopia development and merit, freedom, privatized people, privatized things, privatized places are the pulled factors for whitopia development.

The culture of segregated schools, segregated places for whites is the reinforced factor for this push-pull phenomena.

Deepening of our understanding of diversity is important because it will help in decrease in cultural and mental block and mental distance between whites and blacks for making them more closure as community.

When schools and places segregation will decrease by intermingling of while and black communities and encouraging the mixed community concept will help in developing better communication between them.
