Some advantages of property rights are –
- Its allows person to have full authority over his area or full
plot of land.
- It protects them from future threat, as private property can
give them monetary benefit incase of emergency.
- It allows private owner to do more investments on their land,
as they have security right over it and nobody can claim it.
Some disadvantages of property rights are –
- It leads to capitalism as the owner of the land, tries to put
labour at a very low cost consuming the entire benefit of the land
for himself.
- It provokes greediness, as person with money and power will try
to take over most of the land he can with his power and
influence.
