Students will read page 185. The story is regarding the head coach at Rutgers University. Upon completion of reading the story respond to the following:
1. Go to page 204 and read Question 1. Provide your view of how whether the Athletic Director should have handled the situation differently, why or why not? Use the information in the text to support your opinion (including coping techniques and creating policy to deal with issues in the future).
2. Save your copy in a Word document and submit to this assignment page. Your paper should be no more than 2-3 pages.

This is a case of moral conduct in which each one should understand each other from their point of you. In general,any one will act in same manner as the director had done. But inour society and surrounding it is necessary to understand all the factors in which a person is surviving. The decision of three game suspension more often than not was a good decision but not the best. Director must warn coach for his act and if he repeated his mistake then it would be must to take strict action.
