Answer #1

There are different factors that will account for the given statement. The first factor is the evolution of technology in Europe that demands more workers and evolution of technology in Africa that demands more capital and less workers. It will make Europe to let people come through the immigration and or increase their own population growth rate. At the same time, Africa will promote smaller families and give incentives. So, that more of the resources are sued for capital and technology is used properly. The second factor is promotion of family enhancement programs and giving incentives to the individuals who keep a bigger family in Europe. At the same time, people will be encouraged to have small families in Africa. For this, incentives will be given to them. It will slowly make population reversal in these two continents. The third factor is the immigration.  people moving out of Africa to other continents and people from other continents to Europe, will also make the population reversal in Europe and Africa.
