The given statement is actually true to some extent because it has been a trend put the countries in order to protect the agricultural sector after the economic development because the agricultural sector with development would be losing the people actually employed in it as a result of which there can be risks of having a food shortage in the futurewhich is the reason why it is very important to subsidize and protect agricultural sector and all the countries of following the same steps regarding this approach
