Exempt employ

A person who is entitled to a fixed monthly or annual salary and there might be rules about overtime hours but who will not be paid extra amount can be classified as an exempt employ on the whole.

Non Exempt Employ

A person who is entitled to hourly wages and gets overtime wages as well according to the laws framed by the government on the whole can be classified as an non exempt employee all in all. In American Standards, employees must pay one and half time their wages if they work more then forty hours a week and this is according to the Fair Labor Standards Act.
