1. EU is a unique combination of economic and political union. The member states share the same currency and a single market. This system of being an economic and political union has helped the EU maintain peace, stability and raise the standard of living of individuals living there. The EU should continue being an economic and political union.

2. Achievements of NAFTA:

i. By eliminating trade and non-trade barriers, the agreement led to an increase in trade and investment. The agreement is the reason trading activities almost doubled between the members.

ii. The member countries also saw an increase in the economic growth. There was an increase in the per capita GDP.
