Answer-Robert Hayne was born on 10 November 1791 in South California , United States. He was an American lawyer and politician, he served as a member of the senate from 1832-1834, served as the governor of South California from 1832-1834, and also served as Mayor of Charleston from 1836-1837. He was a member of the Democratic Party of the United States. He was also an author who has written down several books on the issues of the United States like the revolution society, an oration, the 76 association, etc. He was also contributed a lot in the development of industrialization in South California and he best-remembered for his debate with Daniel Webster in 1830 in which he set forth a doctrine of nullification. He died on 24 September in Asheville ,United States.
