The Indifference principle is defined as the absence of any reason to expect one event over the other.  This state of mind does not in any way put significance importance on any event happening or not happening and one could even say it is the same as if the event(s) never mattered in the first place. The importance of the principle is not apparent at first, but it is found in the details. When a person is in a state of indifference, they rarely care about the outcome of a job interview which means they will not try to impress or take any low offers on salaries and job conditions. This is especially good if the applicant has a form of bargaining power in form of experience, skills or knowledge that the employer needs. The indifference principal is great for negotiating ultimately. In a job search this principle allows the applicant to see the job opportunities, companies and company cultures for what they are. Job applicants tend to fantasize and miss the subtle details in job applications and interviews because they care too much about the outcome of the interview that they will accept a job and regret it later. This is all avoided by not be overly invested in the outcome of the interview.

The principal of indifference will give the consumer a better opportunity if he is willing to risk because indifference principal will give the consumer a better chance of negotiation as he will understand the details perfectly.

Whatever they told about job is correct. In any interview every person will see for the outcome of the interview and think whether they will get job or not where as a person who understand the details of the job will try to negotiate for a better package or go for a better job. Indifference principal will help us to analyse the situation and then take decision. So people who follow this principle will know their strengths and weakness which give them the advantage of any situation. So indifference principal is great for people to negotiate ultimately.
