Question

is China truly an Economic threat

is China truly an Economic threat

Homework Answers

Answer #1

We cannot say china is a threat to world economy but it could be threat to us economy. Why because,on account of trade with china and china's currency manipulation the US  has faced consistent deficit balance of payments. Even china has invested heavily in US treasury bills through which china can harm the US without even waging a war. But untill US is safe china can conduct its trade comfortably and can drive economic growth. Why because USA has the highest consumption rates name any product consumption in us is very high. So if china harms US it would not be in their benefit as it cannot sell its goods. So china could be a threat to us economy as it is having some strategic advantages as mentioned above.
