Social security and Medicare are the programs that is given a lot of importance at the national level and is considered to be one of the most well meaning programs. With this fact, the government has been indulging in large subsidized policies in terms of Medicare and social security where the policies regards, the effects of low insurance schemes etc. This can effect the revenue of the country and with this sort of loss, it can get to distort economic incentives on the whole.
