Essay Question: please provide an essay on the following topic

Dambisa Moyo’s position is that economic development should precede granting the right to vote and freedom of expression. For example, China’s economy developed without the right to vote and independent courts, and has improved the standard of living of hundreds of millions of people. Do you think that the USA government should stop criticizing China for not having democracy?

This is very controversial view because right to vote and freedom of speech has majorly impact on selection of best governance and best political leader favored by nation. However it is not true in case of Authoritative countries like China because the Government is already well stabilised and has seen public favorite leaders have been elected with top governance experience.

However since democracy is not present there are no independent courts which rule out major landmark judgment and regulations which are more inclined and justified towards public. Hence Democracy will be always overweighed than an authoritarian rule albeit if rukers snd regulations has been stable then above argument doesn't hold true.
