Two strategies:

1) change increase population in to demographic dividend through providing education, health, skill development facility. Which make them job provider rather than seeker . Because in upcoming future population dividend countries will provide labor to shortage countries bof Europe and America.

2) planning of cities and village in smart like planned urbanisation and ruraban development (providing cities or urban facility in rural areas) with keeping environment development in mind. Thus we can resolve problem of slums , migration problem, unemployment problem, energy problem as renewal energy is promted etc.
