ANSWER-1) The criminal prosecution differs with a civil case in several ways. Civil law cases generally involve private disputes among the individuals or organizations while the criminal law cases involve a crime which is considered to be harmful to society as a whole. The crimes against the state are prosecuted by the state, and it will be the prosecutor (not the victim) who submits the case in judiciary as a representative of the state; and on contrary in a civil case, the wronged party can file the case. The remedy in crime cases will be jail time as a potential punishment, and on contrary the remedy in civil cases generally only result in orders to do or not do something; or monetary damages.
