What are the basic sources of unemployment? Explain each of them briefly!

Basic Sources of unemployment are -

a) Seasonal Unemployement - It is predictiable and people are unemployed in a particular period or season,where certain part or period of the year a person is unemployed.

b) Cyclical Unemployment - It is unpredictable and depends upon recession in business cycle , which arises when the demand and production is less .

c) Frictional Unemployment - It is the time period in between of swtiching job , it a like a temporary unemployment.

d) Structural Unemployment - It is a permanent type of employment, where the skills required are not present in the worker . Hence the worker who is less skilled remains unemployed.
