Outsourcing and Offshoring is largely seen in US where American Firms outsourcing large proportion of IT related projects to Indian IT companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, etc and ultimately it has given rise to higher infkux of Indians working in America and consequently the employment for US professionals has subsequently decreased.

Due to availability of cheap labour from India, and high degree of competitive advantage alongwith expertide to deliver timely solutions make Indian professional look attractive causing higher unemployment in UsA. Due to the competitive wages offered to Indian professionals the US based professional get disciunted compensation in line with global standards and hence is bigger economic loss to US which ultimately reduces the aggregate demand and consumption and hence real GDP.
