Answer #1

1.

Vaccination

Firefighers

Police

Roads and other transport infra

Conservation of endangered forests and mangroves

Conservation of endangered animals

Justice system and public defenders

Free bank accounts with minimum balance as 0

Free primary schooling

The justice system is the most important since it allows citizens scope for recourse, resolves disputes and protects property rights.

The bank accounts arent much help since people dont usually know how to operate or access them and even if they do, dont have ebough money to take advantage of them.

I would add universal healthcare to this list since healthcare should be a human right.
