This is a perfect example of 'Global Organization' because according to Bartlett Ghoshal Matrix, if the pressure of customisation is low and pressure of keeping cost low is high, then it is global and similarly here, because it has no pressure of customisation because all it needs is energy and there is high pressure of keeping the cost to because only then people could afford and move from alternative sources of energy.
