Reason for repress in black population:

1. Poverty

Black people were majorly poor people. They do not have as much as wealth like white.

2. Rulers mentality

Civic- military dictatorship that ruled Argentina from 1976 to 1983. Around 30000 black peoples were victims of this movement.

3. Land disputes

During the first three months of 2017 itself, 193 land and human rights defenders suffered attacks; 67 per cent of them were committed by paramilitaries, 7 per cent by state security forces, 0.1 per cent by guerrillas and 22 per cent by unknown assailants.

4. Inequality

Blacks are treated as slaves. So they were asked to lot of tough tasks without any proper wage.
