If I were a policy maker I would do the following to reduce poverty.

  • Increase households cash income to support basic needs.
  • Increase the earnings and wages of US workers.
  • Provide a high Annual income.
  • To keep US family out of poverty.
  • Provide Anti poverty Programs for social safety and assistance.
  • Provide food vouchers to low income individuals and families.
  • Refund tax credits including the earned Income tax credits.
  • Provide school programs for poor students
