In workforce planning for Anheuser-Busch determine if the labor supply is lower, equal, or greater than the demand, then propose specific actions, consistent with the result.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

In Anheuser-Busch labor supply is equal to labor demand. This is because no business organisation will ever want it's labor supply to be not equal to it's labor demand. This is because when labor supply will be more that labor demand it will create idle workers and wastage of company's time and money. On the other hand if labor supply will be less that labor demand them company will not be able to produce optimum level of goods and won't be able to satisfy needs of all the consumers.

Therefore, it is very important for a company like Anheuser-Busch to maintain its labor supply and demand at equilibrium.
