In the digital age it has become much easier to alter and forge documents. Should new rules be developed to prevent altered or manufactured documents from being introduced at trial? Who should make the rules? How should they be enforced?

Answer : New rules should be introduced by IT department in collaboration with Cyber Cell to avoid such violations of law. Law should be introduced as alternation and forge of documents are done via internet and it should come under IT and Cyber department. New rules should be framed in the jurisdiction of Information Technology Department. Such rules should ensure strictness towards such acts. These rules should be enforced by Fedral Government that should include heavy penalities and punishment so that people should think before committing such acts in future.

Fedral Government plays vital role in enforcing such laws as introduction of such laws are for protecting interest of society and ensuring safe environment of property and assets owners in the economy.
