What is a multiliterate learning community?
A multiliterate learning community refers to learning and exchanging ideas among people from different backgrounds, age groups, diversities , etc. This model is based on the view that teachers should not be the only ones to teach in a classroom. Involving people from different backgrounds helps the students to see things from a different perpective. In this world of rapid gloablization, academics are no longer in sync with what we are required to do in the real world on ground, hence, learnng from differnet people at different levels in their career helps in the overall development of students.
