From your perspective, what are the current shifts in global stratification? How does this affect the economic and political power of the United States?

From my perspective, the current shifts in global stratification are the irrational conflict between nations, threatening of wars and the current ranking of the nations. The inability to find solutions to prevent issues such as poverty, global warming, and housing is the biggest and most dramatic shift. The economic and political scenarios of the nations are different as some nations have more power and some have fewer powers, this in a way, compels individuals to migrate to other nations with more power and opportunities, in order to make a living.
