  • Private company - It is an for Profit organization and in this company memebers belonging to public company cannot sell or buy shares which means shares of these companies can be purchased privately.   • Public company - it is also a form of for profit organization and in this company private companies can also buy and sold shares. Shares of these companies are sold directly in stock exchange. Public company is the company whose shares are listed and stock and exchange and securities of these are traded publically.
  • Partnership business - It is also for profit businesses where profit earn by the business are shares between each of the partners in given ratio
