The practice of management got to influence a lot in the global scenario of business where it is led by the prime force of globalisation. Management practices took a path in such a way that it got to take into consideration about all the things that came its way inorder to suit the entire world and learn to adjust to the legal and political factors of that region. This happened due to liberalisation of trade barriers across the planet and this made the business enterprises to adjust to every scenario and enabled them to rise more investment and set up their branches and plants in other parts of the planet.
