Agreeableness - Mark's business policy is the one that always places him among the best partner to have as he readily agrees with the other person if the idea seem profitable.

Extraversion - Mark's love to interact socially enables him to score high here.

Neurocitism - Marks control over emotions can be the main one to get to tell that he scores low here

Conscinteousness- Mark's vigilance as in the case of recent data theft where he responded immediately to invent the word BFF enabled him to score more in this category.
