Entitlement refers to access to certain benefits or priviliges due to certain laws. When a person gets access to benefits or priviliges due to certain law or due to moral obligation, it is termed as legal and moral entitlement.
For instance, a person gets the social security benefits as he reaches age of 60 years has legal entitlement. A pregnant lady receiving certain benefits like special seat in a crowded bus or bypassing the queue to get the billing done is a moral entitlement.
