Can be mentioned that the statements by salespersons expressing their opinions about the quality of goods might not constitutes warranties because the sales person might give them a picture of what the quality is but the warranties are stated by the company itself and not the salesperson and therefore the terms and conditions of warranties are different from that of what sales person tries to explain them because he might be in a pressure to convince them for the sale of the product. That is the reason why this statement can be disagreed
