GDP includes the goods and services that are produced within the national territories of the country. These goods and services should be produced in the same year in which the GDP is calculated. It's not include the stocks or shares because these are merely financial transaction or paper transactions and do not produce anything. Second hand goods such as used cars are also not included.

Therefore the first option is correct. computers are produced within the national boundaries of United States so there will be a part of exports expenditure of GDP.
