The relationship between wage labor and capital can be best characterized by the statement c) ' wage labor produces capital and reproduce itself.'

A labor not only produces a commodity, he/she produces capital. A labor produces a value which serves as a means to the value of new commodity. Labor power can be increased with the increase in capital and a labor will aid the organisation with that. Strengthening of capital and therefore strengthening of labor power. When wage labor is utilized to produce capital, it flows back in the form of employment and that increases the labor power. This is how a wage labor reproduces itself.
